Take out / remove the battery
Disconnect the power module [3] from the lamp

head [1] and lamp rear part [4]
• The Xtreme power battery is held in the lamp
barrel at both ends by a narrow black threa-
ded plastic ring.
• Use the two grooves, which are offset through
180°, in the plastic ring, to remove it from the
lamp barrel.
Notice!
Do not short-circuit the contacts of the
Xtreme power battery!
The Xtreme power battery can now be taken

out and disposed of according to national
legislation
Xtreme power batteries must only be disposed
■
of when discharged
If the Xtreme power batteries are not completely
■
discharged, the contacts must be stuck over
using insulating tape
Warning
Do not open Xtreme power batteries or
throw in the fire!
The power module [3] many only be opened
■
once to dispose of the Xtreme power batteries,
otherwise the guarantee becomes void!
Do not charge removed Xtreme power batteries
■
in any other way nor use them for any other
purpose!
Maintenance / care
Notice!
Only clean the device with the mains
plug removed.
Clean the LED device with a dry cloth

Do not use any technical solvents, acetone,
■
benzene, tetrachloromethane, etc.
The permanent action of oils and greases must

likewise be avoided
A damaged connecting cable must be replaced

by the manufacturer or another such specialist
company

Environmental instructions
Do not thrown the device away with
normal household waste. Dispose of
the device via an approved waste
disposal company or via your local
authority waste disposal facility.
Observe the currently valid regulati-
ons. In case of doubt, contact your
waste disposal facility. Dispose of all packaging
environmentally.
Warranty
We provide a warranty for this Würth device from
the date of purchase and in accordance with the
legal/country-specific regulations (proof of purchase
through invoice or delivery note).
Any damage arising is cleared by spare parts
delivery or repair. Damage, arising from improper
treatment is excluded from the warranty.
Claims can only be acknowledged, if the device is
transferred fully assembled to a Würth branch, your
Würth sales representative or a Würth approved
customer service centre.
We reserve the right to make technical changes.
We accept no liability for any printing errors.
Spare parts
If in spite of careful manufacturing and testing
processes, the device becomes faulty, a repair by
Würth masterService should be arranged. Always
quote the article number as given on the name
plate, with any enquiries or spare parts orders.
