OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
NOTICE
Always disconnect the plug out of the electrical outlet before assembling or removing accessories!
Before putting a new appliance into operation, you should wipe it thoroughly with a damp cloth and wash all removable
parts in warm water for hygienic reasons.
The appliance is intended for short-term operation. Do not use the appliance in continuous operation for longer than
specified in the table of technical specifications. Allow the appliance to cool down before using it again.
BLENDING
The blender wand is intended for the preparation of sauces, toppings, soups, mayonnaise, food for children, mixed
drinks and milkshakes.
1. Place food in the blending container or other higher cooking container.
2. Attach the appliance body to the shaft of the blender wand and rotate to fix it (make sure
that the blender wand cannot be removed from the appliance body by simple pulling).
3. Unwind the entire power cord. Make sure it does not touch any nearby heat source. Insert
the plug into the wall outlet.
4. Hold the appliance body with one hand, holding the blending container with the other
hand.
5. Set the desired speed with the speed control (1) (Fig. 1), place the appliance into the
blending container with food and press the On/Off switch to turn it on. Blend in a circular
motion at the bottom. Use the Turbo button to briefly increase the speed.
6. Turn off the appliance after finishing blending. Unplug the power cord.
7. Remove the blender wand from the appliance body by rotating and pulling it out and
rinse it immediately under running warm water. Make sure that water does not get inside the blender wand into the
drive shaft area. If this happens, allow the blender wand to dry and add a few drops of edible oil into the drive shaft
area for easier operation of the blender wand bearing.
EXAMPLE OF RECIPE FOR MAYONNAISE PREPARATION
200-250 ml of oil
1 egg (both yolk and white)
1 teaspoon of lemon juice or vinegar
salt and pepper for seasoning
Place all food into a high container in the order specified. Immerse the blender wand to the bottom of the blending
container. Press the On/Off switch, hold the appliance in this position until the oil forms an emulsion. Then, with the
appliance switched on, slowly move up and down until the mayonnaise has the right density.
CHOPPING (TM4820 only)
The chopping bowl is suitable for chopping meat, cheese, onion, herbs, garlic, carrot, walnuts, almonds, prunes, etc.
Do not chop extremely hard food such as nutmeg, coffee beans and cereal grains.
Food such as meat, cheese, onion, garlic, carrot and frozen food should be cut into pieces first.
Remove the stems from the herbs, and remove the nuts from the shells.
Remove the bones, tendons and gristles from the meat.

1. Place the food into the chopping bowl and close it with the gearbox lid.
2. Place the appliance body on the gearbox lid and fix it by rotating.
3. Unwind the entire power cord. Make sure it does not touch any nearby heat source. Insert
the plug into the wall outlet.
4. Hold the appliance body with one hand, holding the chopping bowl with the other hand.
5. Set the desired speed with the speed control (1) and press the On/Off switch to turn the
appliance on. Use the Turbo button to briefly increase the motor speed to maximum.
6. Turn off the appliance after finishing chopping. Rotate the appliance body and then pull
to separate the appliance from the gearbox lid. Unplug the power cord.
7. Wipe the gearbox lid of the chopping bowl with a damp cloth. Do not wash it under
running water or immerse it in water!
Recommended amount of food and preparation times for chopping

WHIPPING (TM4820 only)
Use the whipping attachment only for whipping cream, egg whites, preparing thin sponge dough and unbaked desserts.
Use a wide container.
Whip max. 400 ml of chilled cream (min. fat content 30 %, 4-8 °C).
Whip max. 4 egg whites.
1. Place food in the wide container.
2. Place the appliance body on the gearbox shaft of the whipping attachment and fix it by rotating.
3. Unwind the entire power cord. Make sure it does not touch any nearby heat source. Insert the plug into
the wall outlet.
4. Hold the appliance body with one hand, holding the whisk bowl with the other hand.
5. Set the desired speed with the speed control (1), place the appliance into the whisk bowl with food
and press the On/Off switch to turn it on. Whip in a circular motion at the bottom and rotate the bowl
clockwise. Use the Turbo button to briefly increase the motor speed to maximum.
6. Turn off the appliance after finishing whipping. Unplug the power cord.
7. Rotate the attachment to release the whipping attachment (Fig. 3) and rinse it immediately under
running warm water. Make sure that water does not get inside the blender wand into the drive shaft
area. If this happens, allow the whipping attachment to dry and add a few drops of edible oil into the
drive shaft area for easier operation of the whipping attachment bearing.
