Power tool designation
This power tool is designed for conducting various
grinding operations (removal of burrs and sharp edg-
es, etc�) with corundum grinding attachments�
Speed adjustment enables use of a wide range of
grinding attachments, like grinding discs, polishing
discs, emery tapes, etc� Using additional attachments
and appliances widens the power tool application
area�

Installation and regulation of power tool
elements
Before carrying out any works on the power tool
remove the battery 8.
Do not draw up the fastening elements
too tight to avoid damaging the thread�
Mounting of the collet chuck (see fig. 1)
• While holding spindle 2 with open spanner 13, un-
screw lock nut 1 with another open spanner 13 (see
fig. 1.1).
• Insert collet chuck 14 into the hole of the power tool
spindle 2 (see fig. 1.2).
• While holding spindle 2 with spanner 13, tighten lock
nut 1 by hand using no second open spanner 13�
Grinding attachment installation / removal
Make sure the grinding attachment shank
diameter corresponds to the inner diam-
eter of collet chuck 14.
• While holding spindle 2 with open spanner 13, slack-
en lock nut 1 with another open spanner 13�
• Insert the grinding attachment shank in collet
chuck 14 (when removing remove the grinding attach-
ment shank from collet chuck 14)�
• While holding spindle 2 with open spanner 13, tight-
en lock nut 1 with another open spanner 13 (when re-
moving do not tighten lock nut 1)�
Do not tighten the lock nut 1 without
grinding tools.
Charging procedure of the power tool
battery
Initial operating of the power tool
The power tool is supplied with a partially charged
battery 8. Before the first use, the battery 8 must
be fully charged.
Charging process (see fig. 2)
When the battery 8 is almost discharged,
the multifunction indicator 4 starts to
light up during operation, signaling the
need to charge the battery 8.
• Press the battery lock 9 and remove the battery 8
(see fig. 2.1).
• Connect the charger 12 to the power supply�
• Insert battery 8 into charger 12 (see fig. 2.2).
• Disconnect the charger 12 from power supply after
charging�
• Remove the battery 8 from the charger 12 and
mount battery 8 in the power tool (see fig. 2.3).
Charger indicators (see fig. 3)
Charger indicators 16 and 17 inform of the battery 8
charging process� Signals of the indicators 16 and 17
are shown on the label 15 (see fig. 3).
• Fig� 3�1 - (the green indicator 16 is on, the battery 8
is not inserted in the charger 12) - the charger 12 is
connected to the power network (ready for charg-
ing)�
• Fig� 3�2 - (the green indicator 16 is blinking, the bat-
tery 8 is inserted in the charger 12) - the battery 8 is
being charged�
• Fig� 3�3 - (the green indicator 16 is on, the battery 8
is inserted in the charger 12) - the battery 8 is fully
charged�
• Fig� 3�4 - (the red indicator 17 is on, the battery 8
is inserted in the charger 12) - the charging process
of the battery 8 is terminated due to inappropriate
temperature� When the temperature conditions are
normal, the process of charging will resume�
• Fig� 3�5 - (the red indicator 17 is blinking, the bat-
tery 8 is inserted in the charger 12) - the charging
process of the battery 8 is terminated because of its
failure� Replace the faulty battery 8, its further use is
prohibited�
In the process of charging the battery 8
and the charger 12 become hot, it is a
normal process.
