Cause
The cord is not plugged in the receptacle.
No electric current coming from the receptacle. Check the circuit breakers, etc.
The switch is damaged.
The stop sensor is turned ON.
The foot switch is turned ON.
The foot switch is broken or disconnected.
The motor control circuit is out of order.
The motor does not turn.
The ram does not stop at the specified

The inverter does not properly start-up.

Causa
Plug in the receptacle.
Repair the power switch.
Move the ram to an upper dead position.
Replace the foot switch.
Repair the foot switch.
Repair the control circuit.
Repair the motor.
Return the ram of crimping machine to an
upper dead position.
Tum the power switch off and restart.
Repair the ram.
Repair the inverter.
Make sure to tighten the fixing bolt.
Check and reinstall the Applicator.
Replace the sensors.
