INSTRUCTIONS MANUAL – BG36 POWER SUPPLY WARNING Make sure that the power supply equipment complies with the relevant safety requirements of the local and the international standards. Electric machine: It must be ensured that the machine is connected to the voltage and the frequency specified on the name plate. -

INSTRUCTIONS MANUAL – BG36 GENERAL The DYNAPAC BG36 is designed for rough and fine machine trowelling of concrete floor. The original manual is in English. DESIGN BG36 is driven by a four stroke petrol engine. They are equipped of a safety switch which stops the rotor if the operator loose control of the operating handle. -

INSTRUCTIONS MANUAL – BG36 ENGINE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Put the key on the shaft . Slide the clutch on the engine shaft . Tight the screw in front of the key . Secure in place the washer and the tightening screw at the end of the engine shaft . - Página 8 INSTRUCTIONS MANUAL – BG36 Tighten the operating handle on the gear box . Then connect the blade adjustment cable . Set throttle levers on op. handle and engine to the minimum . Then connect the throttle cable . Cut extra wire .

INSTRUCTIONS MANUAL – BG36 Screw in place the belt cover . Test the machine. TEST ALWAYS HAVE THE THROTTLE AT IDLE WHEN STARTING ENGINE Check engine oil level. Fill gasoline tank. Set engine ON/OFF switch and operating handle safety switch on "ON" position . -

INSTRUCTIONS MANUAL – BG36 After the engine starts open choke for smooth running and let the engine warm up for two or three minutes at idle speed. Adjust the throttle at desired speed and then clamp slowly the dead man handle in order to start the blades rotating. -
