Wash the lid in a dishwasher or in hot soapy water. Rinse and dry before use.
When changing the oil, the fryer should be wiped out with absorbent paper then with damp cloth and a little
detergent and finally cleaned with a dry cloth. To avoid damage to the interior of the oil pot, no abrasive
products or powders should be used
