INTRODUCTION
CU is a Control Unit for vacuum ejectors. This manual is specific for CU but it also
shows the interfaces to the ejector platforms in Piab's product range where CU may
be used. For more detailed information on the vacuum ejector, please see the
manuals for the respective ejectors.
FUNCTIONS/FEATURES

Valve (V1) for ON/OFF of the ejector. This valve is normally closed (NC) or
normally open (NO).

Valve (V2) for ON/OFF of the blow-off function. This valve is normally closed (NC).

Adjustment valve (V3) for controlling the blow-off flow.

On CU units for P6010, there is an option to blow from a separate port
to maximize blow-off efficiency in the vacuum system.
DESIGN

Modular in two separate main sections, one pilot valve unit and one main valve
unit.

Design that maximizes the blow-off efficiency.

Protective covers against dust and humidity, IP65 [NEMA 4].

Compact and slim design.

M12 4-pin electric connection. Suitable cable is available as an accessory.
