Use/operation

6.1 Set-up/installation

Place the appliance exclusively under an extraction hood.

Remove protective foil from the appliance.
6.2 First use
First cleaning

Clean the appliance before first use (see Cleaning).
Connecting the appliance
DANGER!
Danger to life due to mains voltage!

Make sure that mains voltage and frequency match the values specified on the rating
plate.

Make sure that mains cable is not damaged.

Make sure that mains cable does not get hotter than 50°C.

Have appliance connected by qualified personnel.

Make sure that appliance is earthed.

Make sure that the socket is easily accessible.

Connect an all-pole circuit breaker with a contact clearance of >3 mm upstream
of the appliance.

Positioning the control box

Place the removable control box on the pin attached to the housing.
The microswitch is activated.
