3. Supply only 230-volt alternating current to the appliance.
4. Do not use the appliance with a defective timer.
5. For reasons of electric safety, do not use water on the appliance or immerse it in water. Do not use the appliance in
damp rooms or near a sink.
6. Caution, the lamp will not illuminate when it is hot. Let it cool down 5 to 6 minutes before using it again.
7. The lamp has a lifetime of approx. 500 hours. A lamp exchange is necessary after approx. 2700 exposures. Should you
need a new lamp, please contact the customer service.
8. Make sure the filter screen does not show any signs of damage. A defective filter screen could cause serious skin
burns.
