Warning
The Soup Warmer is only for keeping the soup warm, not for cooking.
Never immerse the unit in water.
The appropriate water capacity filled into the Water Jacket is up to the water mark
(about one litre). Do not fill water over the water mark. For E01,E07 series Soup
Warmer, the Water Jacket should be filled with water between the Min. ( about 1.5
litres ) and Max. (about 2.0 litres) water lines engraved in the Water Jacket. Do not fill
the water over the Max. water line (about 2.0 litres).
Do not operate when the Water Jacket is empty, otherwise it possibly cause
permanent damage.
If more than one unit are arranged in series or plugged into a single socket, a
qualified electrician should be consulted to avoid overloading. Overloading an
electric supply may cause fire hazard.
Spilled food or soup should be removed immediately from all exterior surfaces.
The stainless steel Bain-marie is dishwasher safe.
Make sure the power is cut off before cleaning the unit.
This appliance must be earthed and is for indoor use only.

regulations (if any), including those governing the reuse, recovery and recycling
of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE).
This appliance is not intended for use by people ( including children ) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge,
unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Chidren should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufactorer, its service
agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

How to Use
Make sure the switch is power off and the Temperature Control Knob is turned to the
1.
Min. level before the power is connected.
2. Pull out the Cover, Carrier Ring and Bain-marie, then fill the water to reach the water
level in the Water Jacket.
3. When the level of the soup is low, care should be taken when refilling or topping it up.
Ideally remove the partially filled bain marie pot and top it up in a kitchen environment.
Alternatively have a spare pot ready to swap over with fresh soup in it. When topping
up, stir the soup well to ensure an even heat distribution.
Care should always be taken when carrying hot liquids.
4. Turn on the switch, twist the Knob clockwise till the Light is on. When the Knob is turned
to Max. level, the water temperature in the Soup Warmer will reach 85°C ±5°C. When
the temperature of water reaches the highest, the thermostat will be cut off and the
Soup Warmer stops working. When the temperature of water drops to approx.60°C (E01
series) or 70°C (Other models), the Soup Warmer will start heating.
