Troubleshooting

If you cannot solve the problem, contact your dealer.
Problem
No sound.
No picture.
The image stops or looks like
mosaic.
The screen shows the message
"No Signal".
The remote control does not
work.
Possible cause
No or incorrect audio cable connection.
The sound is muted.
The device plays an incorrect sound track.
The mains plug is not inserted into the wall
socket.
The device is switched off.
The signal is too weak.
The antenna cable is not connected.
Incorrect settings.
The batteries are low.
The remote control is not pointing to the device.

Solution
Connect the audio cable correctly.
Unmute the sound.
Change the sound track.
Insert the mains plug into the wall socket.
Switch on the device.
Strengthen the signal.
Connect the antenna cable.
Change the settings.
Replace the batteries.
Point the remote control to the device.
Make sure that nothing blocks the front panel.
