Your first run
1. Go outside so that your watch can get a GPS fix.
2. Follow the instructions to measure your resting heart rate.
3. From the clock, move right.
4. Select RUN, then move right.

STOPWATCH
Until your watch has a GPS fix, you see the message, Please
wait. Once it has a fix, it shows the message, GO. You can then
do one of the following:
Move Right
Move Down
Move Left
Move Up
Start your activity.
Change your settings.
Go back to the list of activities.
See a history of your activities.
