5.2 USO DELLA MACCHINA
AVVERTENZE
• Utilizzare esclusivamente nastri in tela abrasiva.
• Conservare i nastri nuovi, nelle confezioni originali,
in ambienti asciutti, aerati, con temperatura: 15 ÷ 25°C
ed umidità relativa: 50 ÷ 75%.
• Operare sempre con cuffia di protezione acustica,
occhiali (o maschera parapolvere), guanti, scarpe da
lavoro e grembiuli protettivi.
• La lavorazione frontale di tubi (in funzione del loro
diametro, lunghezza e tipo di materiale ), può provo-
care effetti sonori imprevedibili.
• Al termine di ogni lavoro, premere sempre il
pulsante di emergenza.
• Non riporre i nastri sul pavimento o in prossi-
mità di fonti di calore.
• Non utilizzare i nastri ad umido, se non destinati
specificatamente a questo impiego.
• Non indossare anelli, orologio da polso, bracciali,
cravatte, indumenti con maniche troppo larghe o slac-
ciate, sciarpe o altri indumenti penzolanti che potreb-
bero impigliarsi negli organi in movimento della mac-
china, durante la lavorazione.
• Non lasciare la macchina incustodita con il motore
acceso.
• Utilizzare sempre le protezioni stabilite dal Costrut-
tore.
• Non portare il pezzo in appoggio al nastro in rotazio-
ne, in modo "violento", ma effettuare le movimenta-
zioni della slitta, con moderazione e progressione
regolare.
• Non arrestare la macchina scollegando la spina del
cavo elettrico, dalla presa, ma utilizzare sempre l'in-
terruttore "STOP".
• Non lasciare in tensione il nastro quando la macchi-
na non lavora.
Quando si lavora con la spazzola, il nastro
abrasivo deve essere reso inaccessibile dalla
relativa protezione, è assolutamente vietato lavorare
senza questa protezione. Il costruttore si esime da
ogni responsabilità per danni di ogni natura, generati
dall'inadempienza di questo concetto di sicurezza.

5.2 MACHINE OPERATION
WARNING
• Use only emery cloth tapes.
• Store the new tapes in their original packages, in dry
and ventilated place, at a temperature of about: 15 ÷
25°C and relative umidity of: 50 ÷ 75%.
• Always wear safety headset, safety glasses
(or dust mask), gloves, safety shoe and protection
aprons.
• Pipe front processing (according to their diameter,
length and material), can cause high noise.
• At the end of each work phase, press the emergency
button.
• Do not keep the tapes on the floor or near heat
sources.
• Do not use wet tapes, if not specifically
indicated.
• Do not wear rings, watches, bracelets, ties, clothing
with long or loose sleeves, scarfs or any loose
clothing that can become entangled with the machine
moving parts during working.
• Do not leave the machine running unattended with the
engine running.
• Always wear the safety equipments indicated by the
Manufacturer..
• Do not move the workpiece against the rotating tape
awkwardly, but move the saddle gently and
regularly.
• Do not stop the machine by unplugging the electrical
cable plug from the socket, but always use the "STOP"
button.
• Do not leave the tape stretched when the machine is
not working.
When using the brush, make sure that the
abrasive belt is completely covered by the safety
guard. It is strictly forbidden to work without the safety
