Before First Use
• Check for transport damages.
• Before connecting the product to the power supply, check that the power supply voltage and
current rating corresponds with the power supply details shown on the product rating label.
DANGER
Risk of suffocation! Keep any packaging materials away from children – these
materials are a potential source of danger, e.g. suffocation.
Using the Product
Connecting to a power source
Place the product nearby the power source and connect the power plug (E).
NOTICE
For fixed installation, use the wall mounting holes (F).
Using the product
• To turn the product on, set the power switch (A) to RESET position. The PROTECTED (D)
indicator lights up green. The surge protection is activated.
• To turn the product off, set the power switch (A) to OFF position. The PROTECTED (D)
indicator goes off. The surge protection is deactivated.
WARNING
If the power switch (A) is set to RESET position, but the PROTECTED (D)
indicator is off, the built-in surge protection is no longer functioning. Unplug all
the connected equipment and replace the product.
WARNING
Before plugging into the product, please make sure the electrical device is set
to "OFF" position.
USB charging ports
NOTICE
You can charge two USB devices simultaneously. The total current output for
both USB ports is 2.4 A. If the total current consumption of two USB devices
exceeds 2.4 A, the current available for each USB device depends on its
battery capacity. The output current will not be distributed equally to both
ports.
NOTICE
If only one USB device is connected, the current output of the USB port is the
same as the device's current consumption (max. 2.4 A).
