3.1 Windows 2000 Installation
The new hardware wizard will detect an Ethernet Controller.
A. Choose "Specify a location" within the new hardware wizard.
B. The option to browse will appear, specify the location of the windows 2000 driver.
The default location is "E:\Drivers\Win2000" assuming E:\ is your CDROM.
C. Press "OK" to continue the installation.
D. A driver will be found, choose "Next" on the next screen.
E. A Realtek RTL8169/8110 Family Gigabit Ethernet NIC driver will be installed.
F. Choose "Finish", to complete the installation.
3.2 Windows XP installation
The new hardware wizard will find a new hardware device.
A. Select "No, not this time" in the hardware wizard and choose next to continue.
B. Select "Install from a list or specific location (advanced)" and choose next to
continue.
C. The option to browse will appear, specify the location of the windows XP driver.
The default location is "E:\Drivers\WinXP" assuming E:\ is your CDROM.
D. A Realtek RTL8169/8110 Family Gigabit Ethernet NIC driver will be installed.
E. Choose "Finish", to complete the installation.
3.3 Windows Vista installation:
Windows Vista will detect the C1G32i and install the driver automatically; no additional
steps are needed for installation.
3. Software installation
Your C1G32i is now ready to use!
