1. Unplug all electrical loads from the
generator.
2. Make sure the generator is in a level
position.
3. Open the fuel cock by turning the fuel cock
to the "ON" position.
4. For cold engine starts only: Push the choke

lever to the engaged position per the
instruction label on the generator main frame.
5. Place the On/Off switch in the "ON" (l)
position.
6. Once the engine runs for 3-5 seconds, push
the choke lever in to disengage.
