Thoroughly read the following information prior to application.
Note: Prior to initial application, detach the humerous cuff from
the body band.
• Place body band around torso: Align approximately at elbow
level. Align humerus vertically down the body from the apex
of the axilla. (Fig. 1)
• Align Wrist Cuff to Body: Align wrist to wrist cuff (Fig. 2).
Wrist cuff should be approximately 10 degrees ulnar of
center of body.
• Secure Body Band: Secure with Velcro
should not be so tight as to interfere with breathing.
• Wrap and attach Humerus Cuff to body band: The Velcro
end must point to the front of the body. (Fig. 3, 4, 5) Butterfly
Velcro attachment should align vertically down the body

from the apex of the axilla and attach to the body band.
• Lock cuff around humerus with Velcro
humerus cuff lock to posterior of body band. (Fig. 6)
• Secure Wrist Cuff: Lock and secure with Velcro
(Fig. 7). Adjust as needed for comfort and alignment.
Ideal for the conservative treatment of sprains, strains, and dislocations,
fractures of the shoulder, arm, hand, or elbow. For any condition where
torso, shoulder, or arm immobilization is required. Post-op support.
Hand wash using cold water and mild detergent. Do not bleach. Rinse thoroughly, removing all soap
residue to avoid skin irritation. Allow to AIR DRY. Do not twist or wring. Reshape, dry flat
