of the date of original purchase of this product, it will be replaced or the purchase
price refunded. For more information go to www.imation.com. This warranty does
not apply to normal wear or damage from misuse, abuse or accident. Imation will
not be liable for any lost data or other indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
This warranty gives you specific rights – you may have other rights that vary from
