• Do not use this product near water - e.g., near a tub, wash basin, kitchen sink or

Connect data jacks to the inserts.

Attach cover plate kit.
NOTE: The duplex insert can be used only with the FBC1X cover. For Decora, any
flip lid cover can be used (Cat. Nos. FBC1F, FBC2F).
• Attach the cover plate kit using the screws provided. Use 9 in lbs of torque.
DO NOT over torque.
