Enclosure Flushmount Kit

General Information
1. Do not discard these installation instructions. Please
keep for future reference and operation information.
2. All installation service must be performed by qualified
personnel or service technicians.
Mounting Instructions
If Enclosure is not already Mounted:
Special Notes:
Do not remove shrink wrap from the relays in the
enclosure until all chance of metal fragment and dust
contamination is passed.
WARNING: The enclosure should not be mounted by
the face flange under any condition!
Prior to Mounting the Enclosure:
1. Remove the ground strap between the enclosure and
the existing enclosure door.
2. Remove the existing door by opening the door
completely then sliding the hinges up to release the
pin from the hinge.
3. Slide the flushmount assembly over the open
enclosure until the door is resting flush on the
enclosure.
4. Make sure that the circular holes on the sides of
the flushmount kit line up with the smaller circular
holes that the logic board mounts in and that the lock
hole are lined up. The 16 size enclosure will have an
additional logic board mounting hole at the top of
the enclosure that will also need to be aligned. See
Figures 1, 2, & 3 for location of these holes.

5. Locate and drill #36 drill holes through the flange and
enclosure on each side of the cabinet. See Figures 1,
2, & 3 for recommended hole placement. The 16 size
enclosure will have 3 holes on both sides. The 32 &
48 size enclosure will have 4 holes on both sides.
6. Secure the flushmount assembly in place with the
provided self-tapping screws from the inside of the
cabinet into the flushmount assembly flanges using
the predrilled guide holes.
7 . Remove all metal cuttings and dust prior to power up.
Failure to do so may damage circuit board and void
the warranty.
Mounting in the Enclosure
Secure the enclosure to the wall. The preferred method
is to use the standard mounting holes in the rear of the
enclosure. If this is not possible then drilling through the
sides of the enclosure to the frame of the rough opening
is acceptable.
If Enclosure is already Mounted:
Special Notes:
It is recommended that power be de-energized from any
wired relays as well as the transformer before proceeding
to protect components during the drilling procedure.
Failure to follow this warning and proper safety
procedures could result in severe injury or death and/or
damage to the equipment.
Mounting the Flushmount Kit

the existing enclosure door.

pin from the hinge.
