SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
∙ Do not direct the laser beam on people or animals. Never look
directly into the laser beam. The beams generated by the measu-
ring tool are rated as class 2M laser beams in accordance with IEC
60825-1. – Looking directly into a laser beam can damage your
eyes, especially when using concave optical instruments such as
binoculars etc.
∙ Do not leave children unattended with the laser measuring tool.
They could blind somebody unintentionally.
∙ Do not use the measuring tool in explosive atmospheres or near
flammable liquids, gases or dust. Measuring tools produce sparks
that can ignite vapours or dust.
∙ In order to protect the device from being damaged, remove the
batteries if the device is not in use for a prolonged period of time.
∙ Only use genuine accessories and spare parts. When using non-re-
commended accessories, you may receive incorrect measuring va-
lues.
PROPER USE
This tool is for determining, checking and aligning exact 45° and 90°
angles using genuine system parts. Any other use is considered im-
proper use.
The user is liable for damage resulting from improper use.
