Injection Seal Kit
This kit contains:

3. Unscrew the locking nut (PDI496),
remove the anti-lock ring (PDI498).
Unscrew the adjusting nut (PDI495)
and remove the injection stem
(PDI503 or PDI542) from the top
of the injection sleeve (PE012).
Replace the injection stem o-ring
(20J024).

We recommend cleaning all parts with warm
soapy water and a toothbrush before

may use silicone on the o-ring to facilitate
insertion.
Check valve may be taken apart and
cleaned in between maintenance to remove
particles.
CAUTION: Parts may contain

concentrated chemicals. The use of
Proper Protective Equipment is recom-
mended when performing maintenance.

Thread the adjusting nut (PDI495) into
the injection sleeve (PE012) until it
reaches the top of the scale. Reinstall
the anti-locking ring (PDI498) and the
locking nut (PDI496).

Insert new check valve assembly
(PJDI006) into
the injection
PE012
stem assembly
and tighten the
check valve nut
PDI494
(PDI410).

Put the body upside

down on the table
and remove the lower
injection sleeve o-ring
(J053) and replace with
PDI495
the new o-ring.
Remove the four
PDI498
retaining screws using
PDI496
a #2 Phillips screw-
driver. Remove the stem flange (PDI501)
and remove and replace the upper injec-
tion sleeve o-ring (J053). Position the
stem flange onto the body, reinstall the
four metal washers and screws using the
#2 Phillips screwdriver. Carefully remove
and replace the plunger seal (J015).

Instructions
(Parts included in kit noted in blue)
1.
Unscrew suction
hose nut (PDI057)
and remove
suction hose.
Unscrew the
injection stem
nut (PDI494) and
pull the injection
stem assembly
(CD089) down.
2. From the injection
stem assembly
unscrew the check
valve nut (PDI410).
Remove the check
valve assembly
(PJDI006) from the
injection stem and
discard (if the hose
barb is 3/4", please
see note below).
NOTE: If only the check valve barb
(PDI054 or PDI055) comes out, take a
pencil (eraser side down), put through the
top of the injection stem assembly and
gently push the check valve guide
(PDI052) out.
8.
Reinsert the injection
stem assembly
(CDI089) into the
body and thread
the injection stem
nut (PDI494) onto
the body. Slide
suction hose nut
(PDI057) onto the
suction hose and
reattach suction hose
onto the check valve
barb. Tighten suction hose nut
(PDI057). DO NOT FORGET TO
RESET YOUR INJECTION RATE
TO THE PROPER RATIO.

NOTE: If your D25RE10 is equipped
PDI501
with the 3/4" viscous hose barb and
hose, please reuse the original 3/4"

hose barb and simply replace the o-

ring located on the 1/2" barb (PDI054)
included in this kit.
To ensure hose is air-tight, you
may choose to carefully cut the top
of hose before reinserting.
Using tools could
damage the
plunger and affect
the injection rate
