Lifting the Light Unit
The Light Unit (14) should be lifted as the plants grow. Keep the Light Unit close to plants, making sure that the leaves don't touch the
lights.
Defining the growth phase
Plantui 3 Smart Gardens have 3 growth phases:
Define the growth phase based on the height of the Light Unit (14). 6a. Use the colored measurement bar on the side of the manual to
determine the growth phase. The colors and numbers of the measurement bar correspond with the phases of the switches (15a, 15b).
You can also define the growth phase by measuring the space in between the water bowl (18) and the Light Unit (14):
2-10cm / 10-30cm
Adjusting switches
Adjust the 2 switches (15a, 15b) on the Light Unit (14) and Watering Unit (17) to the defined growth phase. NOTE: Always remember to
keep both switches synchronized. You can change the growth phase even when the device is currently sleeping. The lights will blink
once and then continue the sleep mode.

7. The sleep timer
After turning on the Plantui 3 Smart Garden it stays awake for 16 hours and then goes automatically to sleep for 8 hours each day. To
OFF
change the cycle turn the switches (15a,15b) on the Light Unit (14) and Watering Unit (17) and then switch on the Smart Garden at
the time you wish it to wake up. Remember to switch it to the same growth phase as before. For example if you want the device to
sleep from 11pm – 7am, turn it on at 7am.
