GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Based on a microcontroller and equipped with a
short circuit isolator, the input module ITG500 is
used to connect a 4-20mA detector on
addressed fire prevention systems.
The module works is in multi-threshold mode
and the alarm thresholds are selectable by dip-
switches or through a programming performed
on control panel;
generation can be picked out for excess or for
deficiency for example of gas.
The ITG500 is able to store automatically, into
its non volatile memory, thirty measures before
and thirty measures after the alarm condition.
These measures can be displayed in graphic or
in text mode on the control panel monitor. This
feature is very important to understand what has
happened before and after the alarm condition
being detected.
The bi-colour LED (green-red), in operating
mode, indicates the detector condition while, in
service mode, it can be used to show the
detector's address
activated from the control panel

The ITG500 module is comply and approved
according to the EN 54-17 and EN 54-18
standards.
