Using for the first time
Pour a little water into the glue bottle and pump it through in order to activate the valves.
Using the Dosicol
1. Set the required amount of glue with the adjusting ring above the nozzle
2. Insert the applicator into the groove or recess and press down fully
3. After completing the job, place the applicator in its base
Note
– Use a normal, clean, undiluted white glue
– Keep the breather hole in the cap free
Care and attention
– When not in continuous use: Stand glue applicator upright in water bottle – 10 minute break
or overnight (using the container provided. Fill with water up to the red bar). Before using it
again, press it down with a full pump stroke to expel the water.
– Do not allow the moisture seal in the base to dry out (add water occasionally)
– Clean the dispensing pump and nozzle ducts occasionally by filling with water and pumping
it through
Changing the nozzle
1. Place Dosicol wrench on brass tube: the nozzle is now locked
2. Unscrew the old nozzle
3. Screw on the new nozzle
4. Remove the wrench
Keep the spare nozzles immersed in water.
