RELATED DAMAGES WAIVER:
The manufacturer shall not be liable for any injuries to any
individuals or equipment damage caused by violation
of the provisions herein, the product misuse or gross
mechanical intervention.
Related damage (i.e. re-installation and re-connection
of the product, direct or indirect damages etc.) arising from
product replacement shall not be compensated.
In addition to that the warranty does not cover any costs
specific to transportation and any other costs including risks
specific to disconnection, transportation and installation
of the products.
The warranty obligations specific to the quality of installation
and adjustment work shall be fulfilled by their supplier.
In any case the amount of compensation offered under the
present warranty provisions may not exceed the price actually
paid by the buyer of one item of the defective product
which has caused the damages.
On service life expiry the product
shall be disposed of individually.
Do not dispose of the unit with unsorted
municipal waste.
