Closing the rack
1
Close the rack by turning the
two clamping-screws (1) to ix
the bags in the homogenizing
position.
Removing the ball-bearing head
To change or clean the ball-bearing head, irst open the screw on
the side (3) then remove the cover-case. To remove the ball-bearing
head entirely, the head ixation screw (4) has to be pulled out as well.
Immediately remove spills of extraction buffer with a humid soft cloth,
then wipe dry - in particular when buffer entered the ball-bearing head.
Grease the two gliding axes (5) and the nipple (6) at the homogenizing
unit daily. Check the holding-screws of the motor and the rack and
tighten them if necessary. Replace the aluminium bars holding the bags
when they look worn. They are made of „soft" aluminium to prevent the
ball-bearing head from damage.

HOMEX 6 at a dry place to avoid corrosion. After each use, oil all metal
parts with a soft cloth or by using an anti-corrosion protection spray.
