Install the rubber bottom out bumpers onto the cartridge
shaft.

Check the correct operation of the OC2 Drpper. Install the saddle clamp assenmbly, the saddle and the seatpost on the
bike.

Slide the lower tube upwards and screw the actuator as-
sembly.
To avoid crossthreading the shaft, first screw a couple of
turns the actuator assembly onto the shaft, then slide the
outer tube downwards and screw the actuator assembly
into the lower tube.
Tighten the actuator assembly to 5Nm using a 10mm allen
wrench.

The hydraulic cartridge, the lower tube and the upper tube
of the OC2 Dropper have specific lenghts for each sea-
tpost size (drop). Order the correct kit for your seatpost.
Do not mix components from different lenght kits.
