1.0 PURPOSE AND RANGE OF APPLICATION
This document is valid only when the control board or power board that is to be changed has the code 114510 (see fig. 1) or 114521 (see fig.
2) respectively.
2.0 HOW TO PROCEED
Follow the instructions in the order given below, taking great care at every step.

3.0 MODIFICATIONS TO BE MADE
3.1 CHANGING A FAULTY CONTROL BOARD WITH CODE 114510
Before replacing the faulty control board with the one in the Spare Parts Kit it is necessary to make the following modifications:
-
take the control board in the spare parts kit;
-
replace resistors R45 and R56 (see fig. 1) with the 24K9 0805 1% resistors present in the spare parts kit;
-
on the machine, replace the faulty control board with the new, modified control board.
3.2 CHANGING A FAULTY POWER BOARD WITH CODE 114521
Before replacing the faulty power board with the one in the Spare Parts Kit it is necessary to make the following modifications:
-
take the control board in the spare parts kit;
-
remove the faulty power board from the machine;
-
dismantle the control board from the faulty power board;
-
on the control board replace resistors R45 and R56 (see fig. 1) with the 30K1 0805 1% resistors present in the spare parts kit;
-
assemble the modified control board on the new power board supplied in the spare parts kit;
-
re-assemble the power board and control board assembly on the machine.
