5. Troubleshooting

Problem
Machine alarm keeps beeping.
Banknote is jammed.
Solution
• Check whether the main power supply is within the specified range (AC 100-240V/50-60Hz).
• Check whether the DC output is within the specified range : DC 12V±5%.
• Check whether the supply plug is well connected.
• Check whether the built-in battery is sufficient to work.
• Clear the dust on the sensors.
• Please open the top cover to remove the banknote.
