The equipment must be connected by means of the following:
Standard type of camping gas bottle having at least a 5 kg capacity of GPL (liquid gas).
Pressure regulator with max. fixed adjustment of 1,0 kg/h, 30 mbar operating pressure for Butane and 37 mbar
operating pressure for Propane.
Flexible rubber pipes marked UNI-CIG 7140 of appropriate length (max. 1,5 m), which allow installation and
connection with the equipment free from bends and kinks.
Leak test spray or soapy water to perform a seal test.
Fix the pipe into place with pipe clips marked UNI 7141.
CONNECTION OF THE EQUIPMENT WITH THE GAS BOTTLE
Check to make sure that the gas valve seal of the bottle is not damaged
Screw down the gas regulator to the bottle.
Check that the valves are closed.
Connect the pipe to the regulator and equipment end.
The gas bottle must be changed away from inflammable materials and outdoors. The old bottle must be secured by
means of the appropriate nut connector cap and must be kept in a suitable space.
SEAL TEST
The seal test of the connections shall take place by using a leak test spray or soapy water at the working pressure.
The seal is considered as correct when no bubbles are formed.
Never check for gas leaks with the use of a flame!
INSTRUCTIONS FOR A CORRECT USE
Check that the equipment is positioned correctly.
Check that all components have been inserted correctly.
Check that all connections have been performed in compliance with the prescriptions
Check that the gas bottle is at least 50 cm away from the equipment.
NEVER OPERATE THE EQUIPMENT IN CLOSED SPACES AND IN THE VICINITY OF INFLAMMABLE MATERIALS
SWITCHING-ON THE EQUIPMENT
Open the gas bottle by turning the valve towards the left.
Switch on by turning the knob in the clockwise direction and regulate the flame as required.
When you have finished cooking turn the knob to the OFF POSITION and close the valve.
CLEANING - MAINTENANCE
Always clean the equipment after use.
The surfaces must be cleaned with a damp cloth and cleaning products.
Never leave any residual materials on the surfaces.
Never use abrasive cleaning products or detergents
Cleaning of burners: use a damp cloth and cleaning products.
In the case when the equipment is not used for a long period of time keep it in its packing and store in a dry and clean
place.
If the burner holes or pipes are blocked, never use metallic objects to free these, this could affect the diameter of the
openings. For example use compressed air.
