Remove the protective cap from the
bushing insert.
Place the Bushing Insert into the
bushing well and screw clockwise
until it reaches the bottom. You must
adjust with a minimum torque of
150lb-in and a maximum of 180lb-in.

the insert. If the product will not be
assembled immediately, do not
energize the bushing insert with the

Attach a piece of wire equivalent to
#14 copper wire to the eye on the
body of the bushing insert.
Hold the strand with pliers close to
the rubber eye hole and tightly twist
the loose end around the strand at
least 2 turns.
Attach the other end of the wire to a
ground connection.

Amarre un cable de cobre calibre
#14 al ojo en el cuerpo de la boquilla
tipo inserto.
Sujete el cable con pinzas y ajústelo
dando más de dos vuletas, hasta
assegurar una conexion firme y
resistente.
Utilice el extremo del cable para
realizar la conexión al sistema de
tierra.

tipo inserto.
Coloque o inserto na bucha de cavidade
tipo poço e aperte no sentido horário até
atingir o fundo. Deverá ajustar com um
torque mínimo de 17,0 Nm e máximo de
20Nm.

Coloque a tampa novamente depois de
apertar o inserto. Se o produto não for
montado imediatamente, não energize o
a bucha com a tampa protetora instalada.
Nesse caso, é necessário substituir a
tampa protetora por um um receptáculo
de isolação blindado.

Amarre um fio de cobre de vitola nº14
ao olhal no corpo do bico do inserto.
Segure o fio com um alicate e ajuste-o
firmemente, dando pelo menos duas
voltas.
Use a extremidade do fio para realizar
o aterramento.
