OPERATION INSTRUCTION

1. PREPARATION
Please charge the unused lithium battery for 1.5
hours before using the machine. The machine can-
not be used until the battery is fully charged.
Charging steps:
1. Insert the battery into the charger according to
the signage, and connect power supply.
2. While the red light is on but the green light is off,
the battery is being charged.
3. While the green light is on and the red light is off,
the battery has been fully charged. The machine
can be used then.
2. BATTERY INSTALLATION
Insert the battery into the relevant handle position
of tying machine.
3. WIRE COIL INSTALLATION (ONLY WIRE FROM
OUR COMPANY IS ACCEPTABLE)
1. Turn on the power switch (red button) of the
handle. LED is on, and the starting-up "dripping"
sound is given out. That means the machine is on.
2. In the power-on mode, release the lock sheet of
coil cover and open the cover.
3. Take out the wire core, cut the twining knots
(guarantee no knots or bending of the iron wire),
straighten the end of the wire (approx. 10cm). Put
the wire coil into the machine clockwise, and in-
sert the end of the wire into the wire taper pipe.
Attention: hold the wire coil tightly when cutting
the twining knots of the wire coil, in order to pre-
vent the wire from loosing. Loosing wire could get
the wire coil stuck.
4. Insert the end of the wire into the taper pipe until
it is blocked.
5. Put the wire coil cover back, and lock the lock
sheet.
6. Hold the wire with two fingers and push it
forward. Press the "start" button, and send out the
wire.
7. When the wire is used up or the wire is needed
to be taken out, press the lock sheet, open wire
coil cover, and then pull out wire coil from behind.
4. WIRE CIRCLE ADJUSTMENT
5. CIRCLE THE NUMBER OF ADJUSTMENT
Rotating black circle knob, when the knob on the
arrow at the 1 lap, saidvine bundling machine wire
in a circle; when the arrow at the 2 lap, saidvine
bundling machine wire two ring. According to their
own requirements,appropriate to turn the knob.
Torque control
Blue knob rotation torque, according to the ins-
tructions on the icon, the clockwise rotation, said
torque increases.
