Warranty Terms

We hereby explicitly state that this contractual warranty is awarded to the Cus-
tomer identified below under the following conditions:

1. This product is strictly intended for domestic and/or residential use. This war-
ranty does not cover defects which result from use in discrepancy with this
specification.
2.The products are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of 6 (six)
months, being 3 (three) months of legal warranty plus 3 (three) months of contrac-
tual warranty from the date of delivery of the product to the Customer as stated
in the purchase receipt/invoice which is part of this contract in any part of the
national territory. This warranty solely implies in free replacement of the defec-
tive product by a new one and does not cover any product servicing or repair.
In case manufacturing defect is not detected and if the defect results from inability
to use the product, the warranty will not be supported anymore . The manufac-
turer does not have a servicing network of its own to perform any service on these
products.
3. Upon detection of the product defect the Customer shall immediately contact
the supplier/seller since it will be the only one entitled to replace the product. All
costs
resulting from travels, transportation shall be borne by the Customer.
4. The warranty shall be totally void in case any of the following situations occurs:
a) if the defect has not been of manufacturing nature but if it has been caused by
the Customer or third parties not related to the manufacturer; b) if the cause of
damages to the product originates from accidents, natural disasters (lightning,
flood, landslides, etc), electric distribution system tension (overvoltage caused by
accidents or excessive voltage fluctuation), misuse or installation non-conform-
ing to the User's Manual or due to normal wear of parts and components; c) if the
product has been affected by chemical products, electrical or electromagnetic
fields, or bugs (insects, etc); d) if the product serial number has been corrupted
or altered; e) if the product has been violated.
