1. TECHNICAL FEATURES

Power supply: 6 Volts (4 batteries, type AA, R6 or equivalent). Do not use rechargable batteries.

Watch carefully for the expiry date of the batteries before installing them in your safe. The batteries included are only for transport
purposes, we suggest that you change them. Alkaline batteries are recommended for long-life and armour (20.000 openings/closings).

Low batteries' warning system. Inside easy access to replacement of batteries. Check and replace the batteries every year.
∗
One user ( 4 digits) plus one emergency code (8 digits)
∗
Emergency key provided.
∗
External power supply, to open your safe in case the batteries are completely discharged.

The safe´s memory records the date, time and type of operation that is performed on the safe. Contact with us and we explain how to do
the audit with especial portable printer.
Read carefully these instructions and before any action.
IMPORTANT! Check every action with open door, before closing it.
Notes about the messages on the display
When pressing a key, you can read "CODE" at the display, immediately followed by the entered digit. If you can still read "CODE" after
releasing the key, and you have not heard any sound, you must enter the code again and go on entering the rest of the code.
Different messages can appear on the display:
OPENED:
Opening action. The bolts are loosened and the safe is open.
CLOSED:
Closing action. The bolts have moved to the closed position and the safe is closed.
CODE:
Enter digits.
PROGRA:
Programming action.
ERROR:
There has been a mistake when entering a code.
BLOC:
The safe is blocked because 10 wrong codes were consecutively entered.
H-BATT:
High batteries level.
L-BATT:
Low batteries level.
- - - - :
Bolts are moving.
The entered digits appear on the right of the display and move to the left till disappear, as new digits are entered.
2. FIRST USE
If your safe is closed, open it with the emergency key you will find in the enclosed envelope.
If you find some drawback such as celofan, cardboard, etc. next to the bolts, please remove it.
Next, fit the four alkaline batteries.
Then open and close the safe several times.
The safe has been programmed in our factory. For your security and privacity, change these codes.
3. OPENING/CLOSING INSTRUCTIONS
To open, enter your code number. All safe have the code 1 2 3 4 programmed when used for the first time. After pressing each digit, there will
be a short beep and the number will appear on the screen. If the code entered was correct, the bolts will move to the open position while the
segment on the display moves in the same direction as the bolts. When the bolts reach the open position, the door will open and "OPENED"
will be read on the display.
To close the safe, close the door with one hand, and with the other hand enter the code. The bolts will move to the closed position while the
segment on the display moves in the same direction as the bolts. When the bolts reach the closed position, the safe will be closed and
"CLOSED" will be read on the display.

4. PROGRAMMING OR CHANGING YOUR CODES
A. PROGRAMMING THE USER CODE
Every safe has been programmed with the same user code. For your security do not forget to change
A.1. Open your safe following the instructions for opening.
A.2. Press the key "R". The programming tone will be heard. You will read "PROGRA" and "CODE".
A.3. Enter the new code (4 digits). You will hear again the programming tone and read "CODE".
A.4. Re-enter the new code, so as to confirm it. A programming tone will be heard, you will read "CLOSED" and the bolts will move to the
closed position. If the programmation was not corretly done, you will hear the error tone, you will read "ERROR" and you should start from step
A.2.
A.5. Before closing the door, check the new code at least three times, following the opening instructions.
