aftersales service:
Your GO WATCH cannot be detected or fails to pair
with your phone
• Press the Power or Back key to light up the screen. Your
GO WATCH can be detected for only 3 minutes after the
screen is off.
•
Turn on Bluetooth if it is disabled.
•
Enable the Bluetooth service to search for devices.
How to unpair your GO WATCH from an iOS device?
After touching
Watch, remember to remove the watch in Settings\
Bluetooth\Your Device\Forget this Device. Otherwise,
the watch cannot be reconnected.
Your GO WATCH often disconnects from your phone
• The background Onetouch Move service stops. Restart the
application.
• Make sure your GO WATCH is not too far away from
your phone.
