I N S T R U C T I O N S
Battery charge
1. Connect the speaker to a computer via the USB cable or to an outlet with an
adapter (not included).
When the battery is charging, the LED turn on red; if the speaker is in use while
recharging the battery, LED lights up red and blue simultaneously.
When the battery is charged, the LED will turn off automatically.
C A U T I O N S
Switching-on and pairing
1. Turn on the speaker with the switch located
on the bottom. The Bluetooth feature on the
speaker is always on and ready for pairing.
2. Activate the Bluetooth feature on your device (ipod, iphone, portable player, cell
phone, etc.)
The speaker will appear as "Steren BOC-843". If prompted for a password, enter
"0000".
3. Use the switch on the bottom to turn off the speaker.
4. If you want to link a new device, repeat these instructions.
-When you turn off the speaker, it maintains the connection with the last device it was
connected to.
H O W T O U S E
Playing music
1. Start audio playback on your device.
2. Use the buttons to change tracks (previous
or next).
3. To raise or lower the volume, hold change
track buttons.
- You can also connect a portable player
using the 3.5 mm cable, playback mode
automatically switches when you connect the
cable.
In this mode you can use all the functions of
the playback buttons except changing tracks
and answer call.
- Likewise, by introducing an micro SD memory card, playback mode switches
automatically.
All the playback buttons work in this mode, except answer call.
- Some PCs automatically detect the speaker as a USB audio media, in this mode all
the playback buttons work, except answer call.
It can only be used one mode (Bluetooth, auxiliary or micro SD card) at a time.
Phone calls
If you receive a call when your speaker is
playing music, the device will change to hands
free function.
Just press the answer button to receive it
and begin to speak. To end the call, press the
same button.
After finishing the call, the system will return to
playing music function.
If you want to redial the last contacted number,
press twice quickly the answer call button.
To decline the call, press and hold the answer button for a few seconds.
- Since hands free works through Bluetooth, calls are available only while the speaker
is in use in that mode.

This Steren product is warranted under normal usage against defects in workmanship and materials to the original purchaser for one year from the
date of purchase and three months on its battery.
1. This warranty card with all the required information, invoice or purchase ticket, product box or package, and product, must be presented when
warranty service is required.
2. If the product is in the warranty time, the company will repair it free of charge.
3. The repairing time will not exceed 30 natural days, from the day the claim was received.
4. Steren sell parts, components, consumables and accessories to customer, as well as warranty service, at any of the addresses mentioned later.
THIS WARRANTY IS VOID IN THE NEXT CASES:
If the product has been damaged by an accident, acts of God, mishandling, leaky batteries, failure to follow enclosed instructions, improper repair by
unauthorized personnel, improper safe keeping, among others.
a) The consumer can also claim the warranty service in the purchase establishment.
b) If you lose the warranty card, we can reissue it, if you show the invoice or purchase ticket.
