Bioelectrical Impedance Body Scale with App Use instructions
Warnings
Do not place the body scale on slippery surfaces.
Make sure to place both feet at the center of the glass panel during
weighting.
The panel of the body scale is made of tempered glass, make sure
to avoid violent shocks and/or accidental drops, as the broken glass
can cause wounds.
Store the body scale in a dry environment.
Do not place the body scale in water.
Use a soft cloth or a mild detergent to clean the outer surface of the
scale. Do not use organic solvents or other chemicals.
When batteries have run out, replace them with same type, new bat-
teries.
When not in use for long periods of time, remove batteries to avoid
accidental leakage of corrosive liquid.
During weighting, stand barefoot and facing the display.
Set all the correct parameters for genre, height, weight and other in-
dicators, to obtain accurate weight results.
Check settings on your device
Before use, make sure that the device that will be paired with the body scale has the following specifications:
Apple devices: Bluetooth 4.0 or above; iOS 9.0 or above
Android devices: Bluetooth 4.0; Android 4.3 or above
Placing and replacing of batteries
Put the scale upside down. Open the battery case found at the base of the scale.
Insert the batteries, making sure to respect the indicated polarity.
Close the battery case.
Operation
Once the batteries have been installed, the body scale is ready to be used.
In case it is not paired with the App by Bluetooth connection, the item works as a regular body scale, and it can
be used to assess body weight.

Activate Bluetooth on your smart device
Make sure to connect your device to a wi-fi or 3G/4G network
Open the App store on your device and look for "ScaleUp"; proceed with download.
