• Touched the tip of solution bottle to test strip
• Meter malfunction
• Testing outside of meter operating temperatures (50˚F –
104˚F) (10˚C – 40˚C)
Check the expiration date and open bottle date on the control
solution and on the test strips. Repeat testing using a new
test strip. If the result is still out of range, use a new bottle of
control solution and retest.
If the problem persists, call Telcare, LLC at (888) 666-4530
(US) or (1) (978) 610-4688 (International). Do not perform
any blood glucose tests until you resolve this issue.

View Your Logs on the Meter
View your logs on your meter
Your BioTel Care® BGM can store at least
10,000 logs. Each log is stored with date
and time.
1. Power on the BioTel Care® BGM by
using the PWR button.
2. Press on the LOGS icon OR use the
UP/DOWN /ENTER buttons to access
logs.
3. Swipe up/down OR use the UP/DOWN
buttons to scroll through stored
readings and other entries. (Note:
Select any log to view more details)
4. Press the Filter button to select a
subset of log types for display.
5. To exit the Logs menu, press the HOME
button.
