Assembly of the telescopic suction tube

Screw the telescopic suction tube into the opening provided at the lower end of
the pump body, and also attach the centrepiece of the telescopic intake tube. Turn the
tube in one direction to make sure that it is tightly fixed and sealed at the same time.
Starting Up
Pull out the telescopic suction tube to the suction height of
your container. affix the two screws provided to the pump lever
and intake shaft, and move the pump lever to the required
position.
Possibilities: 0.3 / 0.37 or 0.45 litre delivery rate per lever
stroke at approx. 20° C engine oil temperature.
Attach the arched discharge pipe.
There are two drum-threads at the lower end of the pump
body (G2" and G1 ½"). Connect the pump firmly to the
drum/container.
The hand-operated pump is now ready for use.
Operate the handle several times very quickly to allow the
water column to build up.
For the first suction operation, a minimum filling level of
12-15 cm in the container is needed.
To prevent liquid from escaping, tighten the screw on the
pump shaft (steel). The pump is suitable for oil, diesel, alcohol
(max. 50% conc.), water petroleum etc.
This pump is not suitable for acids or alkalis.
This hand-operated pump is not suitable for solvents
or media of hazard classes A I and A II.
