DEPTH OF DRIVE ADJUSTMENT

This tool is equipped with a locking depth control adjustment:
1. Release the thumbwheel by depressing the red lock button.
2. Adjust the countersink by turning the depth adjustment thumbwheel.
3. Refer to the markings on the tool for proper direction.
4. Release the lock button after adjustment.
Test drive screws while adjusting until the desired countersink is reached.

REVERSE OPERATION

To operate tool in reverse for removal of screws (refer to Figure 1):
1. Flip the forward/reverse switch on the tool to reverse rotation.
2. Turn the locking collar on the attachment to the unlock position.
3. Slide the attachment off the tool to expose the bit.
4. Insert bit into screw and apply/maintain pressure to engage clutch.
5. Pull trigger until screw is completely disengaged.

BIT REPLACEMENT

Due to wear or damage, the bit will need to be replaced periodically or when changing between drive types.
CAUTION
Remove battery or unplug tool before attempting to replace the bit.
1. Turn the locking collar on the attachment to the unlock position.
2. Slide the attachment off the tool to expose the bit.
3. Remove bit per tool manufacturer's instructions
4. Insert the new bit per tool manufacturer's instructions.
5. Install attachment and rotate collar to lock position.

NOSEPIECE REPLACEMENT

1. Remove battery or unplug the tool before changing the nosepiece.
2. Remove retention screw with flat-tip screwdriver.
