- Pools with treatment by electrolysis salt can damage the stainless steel of the equipment's
POOLBIKING due to the conductivity generated by the water in metallic materials. The saline
electrolysis doesn't attack in the same way the metal parts of the pools as fixed ladders and
springboards because of the incorporation of a ground wiring.
- It won't be accepted any claim attributable to the transport if the incidence has not been
registered in the delivery note of the forwarder in the moment of the reception. It should be
complemented with pictures that show how has been received the material.
In any case, the possible damages that may present the different parts of the machines due to
the transport are perfectly identified and POOLBIKE, S.L.U saves the right to accept them or not
under warranty after the analysis of the incidence.
- For all cases not mentioned in the general conditions, POOLBIKE S.L.U. takes refuge in the
legal in force dispositions that regulate this type of commercial transactions.
POOLBIKE S.L.U. saves the right to apply special conditions out of guarantee in the following
cases:
- Special contract of extension of guarantee of the customer.
- Defective pieces in machines of little use and which can get damaged out of the period of
warranty.
- Mistake or problem of common manufacture in a series of pieces and that for precaution should
change still into perfect functioning, in preventing major problems.
