Two point calibration
1.
Pull trigger
2.
Display shows "run"
Press sensor on measuring plate. Pull trigger.
3.
(Take the ferr or non-ferr measuring plate for calibrate)
Push „Zero" button
4.
( Zero point is determined and the displays shows NULL )
Put standard coating plate on measuring plate.
5.
(Standard coating plate 39,6 mils / 1006 micron)
Press sensor on standard coating plate and measuring
plate. Pull trigger.
6.
(Take the ferr or non-ferr measuring plate for calibrate)
7.
Push "CAL" button
8.
Display shows „2-Pt"
9.
Push "▼" or "▲" button to set the value to 1006
10.
Display shows „1.006 µm"
11.
Push "CAL" button
The symbol "Pt 2" disappears

alibration is ready.
