Before using your new battery charger, read carefully this User's manual.
Do not use or store the equipment near wet places. May cause malfunction or shock
hazard.
Clean only with a soft, dry cloth.
Do not drop or hit the equipment, may cause damages.
Charge 2/4 AA or AAA batteries.
Capacity to charge one 9V battery.
Time to charge: 6 hours.
NiMH & NiCd batteries.
1. Select the battery type, move the switch and select NiMH or NiCd.
2. Place two AA batteries to the front and/or to
the back.
3. Pay attention to polarity.
5. If you wish to recharge a 9V battery just place
it on the connector, pay attention to polarity.
7. Connect the charger to an available outlet.
8. The "Front" LED indicator will light up in case that the batteries are been charged on the
front of the charger, or the "Rear" LED indicator will light up in case that the batteries are
been charged on the back of the charger.
9. The charge time is 6 hours, once completed the batteries loading time, disconnect the
charger from the outlet and remove the batteries.
You should place the batteries in pairs otherway the charger will not charge the
batteries.
The LED indicators will always be light up while the charger has batteries and it is
connected to an outlet.

Special considerations
Avoid charge the batteries with inverse polarity of the charger.
Never charge batteries with different capacities at the same time even though they are
the same type (AA or AAA).
For new batteries, 2 or 3 charge and discharge at 100% cycles are necessary to optimize
the functioning of the batteries.
If the batteries are stored for more than a week, always recharge the batteries before use.

This Steren product is warranted under normal usage against defects in workmanship
and materials to the original purchaser for one year from the date of purchase.
1.- This warranty card with all the required information, invoice or purchase ticket, product
box or package, and product, must be presented when warranty service is required.
2.- If the product stills on the warranty time, the company will repair it free of charge.
3.- The repairing time will not exceed 30 natural days, from the day the claim was
received.
4.- Steren sell parts, components, consumables and accessories to customer, as well
as warranty service, at any of the addresses mentioned later.
THIS WARRANTY IS VOID IN THE NEXT CASES:
If the product has been damaged by an accident, acts of God, mishandling, leaky batteries,
failure to follow enclosed instructions, improper repair by unauthorized personnel, improper
safe keeping, among others.
a) The consumer can also claim the warranty service in the purchase establishment.
b) If you lose the warranty card, we can reissue it, if you show the invoice or purchase
ticket.
