Assembly of Main and Bypass Valves
Assembly is the reverse of disassembly. The inside of the actuator caps should be lubricated with a
light coat of Fomblin grease.
Once reassembled, the entire Two-Stage Valve should be leak checked with a Helium Leak
Detector.
