of the seat unit; you will hear an audible click.
– Adjust the length of the harness straps until it

e7 - e8 With Safety Bar
– (#11 safety bar, #19 crotch bar comfort nest
lock with screws) Assemble the crotch bar
comfort nest lock to the base of the crotch bar
by screwing the two screws provided with a
philips head screwdriver.
– Place 'C' shaped clips located on either side
of the safety bar onto the side posts and lock
into position. You will hear an audible click.
– Press down firmly on both sides of the safety
bar to ensure secure. The 'C' shaped clips
should be flush with the side posts.
– Place buckle on the end of the crotch strap
into the base of crotch bar, then slide into
seat unit. (The strap and buckle must not be
twisted or inverted. This will ensure correct
locking of the harness.)
– Adjust the length of the harness straps until it
fits snugly around your child.
Care & Maintenance
Removing the baby chair seat pad/nest pad
1. Remove the shoulder and waist straps from
the seat unit. Pull the straps through the seat
slits until they are free of the seat pad/nest
pad.
2. Remove the baby chair seat pad/nest pad.
3. To remove the entire safety harness, free
crotch strap by sliding the crotch bar base out
of the seat unit.
4. The seat pad/nest pad and baby chair frame
can now be cleaned following the instructions
given below:
• Note: Exposed edges of the seat pad/nest
pad are often the first to wear and fray.
Remember this when storing or transporting
your baby chair.
• Light soiling of the seat pad/nest pad can be
removed with a damp sponge and a mild
detergent. Hang dry. Do not tumble dry.
• For heavier staining to the seat pad/nest pad –
1. Rinse dirt under tap water.
2. Blot excess liquid with a clean, dry white
cloth or paper towel.
3. Apply lemon juice or stain removal spray
on stained spot following manufacturer's
instructions.
4. Apply small amount of mild detergent with
warm water. Blot.
5. Sponge with clear water. Blot.
6. Repeat above steps if necessary.
• Fabric care:
– Wipe clean only
– Do not bleach
– Do not tumble dry
– Do not iron
– Do not wring
– Do not dry clean
• Both mini tray and food tray are dishwasher
safe.
