RECIPE
Classic Corn Dog
Batter
Cheese on a
Stick
Breakfast Dog
INGREDIENTS
• ¼ Cup Cornmeal
• ½ Tsp. Salt
• ¼ Cup Flour
• ½ Tsp. Baking Powder
• 1 Tbsp. Sugar
• 1 Egg, beaten
• ¼ Cup Milk
• Classic Corn Dog batter (see
above)
• Your choice of cheese
• Classic Corn Dog batter (see
above)
•1 Tbsp. Maple Syrup (plus
more for dipping
•Breakfast sausage links
DIRECTIONS
*Preheat the Mini Corn Dog Maker as directed.
*Mix dry ingredients.
*Stir in milk and egg. Beat together
*Cut hot dogs into the correct size of the Corn
Dog Maker. Then insert wooden skewer into
each hot dog.
*Carefully fill wells about 2/3 full and lay hot
dog on stick on top.
*add more batter as needed.
*Close the Lid and cook for 3-5 minutes until
light golden brown in color.
*Open Lid with a pot holder or oven mitt.
*Remove each corn dog with wooden or plastic
spoon.
