Control descriptions

1) Machine on/off button
Press the button I to start the machine. Press
the button 0 to stop the machine
2) Press lever
The machine stops when lifted;simply lower
the lever to restart the machine

Tool disk assembly

Vegetable cutter machine use

After plugging the power cord into the wall socket, lift the press lever , insert product in the oval opening and
lower the lever. At this point, start the machine by pressing the button in the I position and apply slight
pressure to the lever until no product remains. When inserting product in the circular opening, use the
supplied pestle to apply the required pressure. Simply press the 0 button to turn off the machine.

Recommendations for use

Before cutting product, completely lift the press handle, turn the knob three or four times to loosen and rotate
down, insert the first plastic ejector disk and then the fixed disk and rotating disk, or just the rotating disk
according to need. Aligning the plastic disk with the two pins on the rotating shaft plate and securing the
cutting disk in its bayonet housing is recommended.
INFORMATION: Warning: the ejector disk must always be inserted for correct machine
operations.
