Troubleshooting Q&A
Q: Why won't my Power Bank power on during a charge?
A: Make sure that it is connected to an AC/DC USB power adapter.
Q: How come it takes a long time to charge my Power Bank?
A: This depends on the power amperage of your USB charging adapter. Some adapters range from as
low as 200mA to as high as 2500mA. Most computers output 500mA. Charging time will vary greatly
depending on what adapter is used. For best results, purchase an Impecca USB210 wall adapter.
Q: How come my PB10200 won't charge my tablet?
A: Make sure that your tablet is plugged into the 2.4A port. This port should give enough power to any
device currently on the market that plugs into USB. To be sure, please check your tablet manual as to
what those requirements are.
Q: How come my Power Bank isn't charging my Bluetooth® earpiece or other small device?
A: Your PEB10200 has an auto-shut-off feature that shuts down the unit when there is nothing
connected. Some small devices may drain so little power as to fool the power bank into thinking that it
is not charging at all, thus causing a shut down.
