2) The handwheel can be used to raise and lower the boiler arm with the stainless
steel bowl.
Note: The machine will not start if the bowl arm is not in the upper position..

6) Switch On-Off
The On /Off switch is located on the side of the device, to the right of the gear
lever

To assemble the stirring attachment (A), push it
over the locating bolt (B) until it stops and turn the
attachment to the left to lock it
To remove the stirring attachment, push it upwards
and turn it to the right to unlock. You can then pull
the attachment downwards.
Attention: At maximum load and after 30 minutes of operation, an
equivalent break or cooling time should be sett.
